Features
Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Setting up your TV
We'll connect one new or existing TV to video components in a single room.
Connecting to a home network
We'll add any Internet-capable TV or video devices in the room to an existing wireless network, and we'll perform any critical software or firmware updates.
Setting up peripherals
We'll configure up to 2 smart streaming services as needed (Netflix, Pandora, Amazon Video, etc.), configure an existing voice control device for basic TV control commands, and program a manufacturer-supplied remote control.
Professional look
We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary.
Cleaning up
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in. We'll perform haul-away and recycling if it was previously ordered by the customer and is part of the work order.
*This service does not include connection of audio components, setup of advanced home theater devices, network setup, mounting a TV, concealing cables in walls, drilling access holes, hiding speaker wire, or any other type of custom wiring or mounting.
Also not included is voice control setup outside of basic TV functionality, smart light integration, multi-device control commands or harmony remote integration. Voice control setup can be purchased separately.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

Geek squad installed my TV quickly
||Posted .The guys were awesome! They explained to me how the TV worked and connected the old TV and the other room. They broke down the box and cut out the model and serial number for me to have. They were totally awesome and friendly and helpful and a total joy to have them help me with my 65-in TV installation!!

Thanks a lot for the nice team work and they also provided professional and excellent service. They also provide valuable TV and Apps setup advice after the installation. - A:Answer I had a rather large old TV and they hauled it away. Although one of the guys said they had stopped hauling away the old projection TVs.

- A:Answer This TV Connect service is separate from the Mounting. You would need to purchase TV Connect & the add-on Mounting service (if you do that, yes, they would remove the existing TV).

- A:Answer you can hire an electrician to run an outlet to behind the tv. in theory you could create a "cable channel" in the wall. this would be similar to a heat run, but you would have an opening behind the tv, and again one at the floor.

Q: QuestionWill Geek Squad carry a 65" TV up three flights of stairs to my apartment? The product page says the TV weighs approx 60lbs.
