- A: The device can be switched into either mode by a small switch on the side. It’s the only device like this I’ve seen that does either. - so you can connect to your Bluetooth headphones during an in-flight movie.. or connect it the other direction by connecting to your cell phone and sending sound to whatever input device you want like home stereo, car radio etc.. it’s Bluetooth in either direction. Super cool device.

A: Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX- A: Yes, this will connect. It's also not brand dependant. You can connect any two Bluetooth headsets at same time
- A: There is a button that allows you to switch between transmit or receive. If your AUX jack can receive it will work. If you AUX jack is only for output, like headphones, it won't.

A: If you’re hearing aids are Bluetooth then yes I believe it will work. I have not used hearing aids but I have connected multiple Bluetooth devices with no issues.
