Q: Can you use this on iPhone and iPad?
A: Yes, you can charge an iPhone, iPad, Samsung Phone, Baby Monitor.. You see where I'm going with this. It will charge anything that using a USB connection to charge. I have the Pocket Juice brick with two ports. I have plugged in my iPhone and a non Apple product at the same time with no problems. You cannot charge an electronic item and the brick at the same time. That's a forbidden daisy chain. I have Tzumi 3.7V/20,000 mAh/74Wh. This is my second Tzumi Pocket Juice and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The pic shows 3 different cable connections with USB at one end.
A: Roughly about 3 times more or less...
A: The device only comes with a four-inch microUSB to USB-A cable. Unless you really want to keep it close to a power receptacle when charging, you're much better off using a more conventional-length cable. (USB-C to USB-C would be ideal, as that port is both input and output and gives the benefit of Power Delivery.)
