  Literally won’t turn on after ONE use

  Use the product for 5 minutes last night and it shut off unexpectedly. Now it will not turn on. Have tried many troubleshooting steps, I work in the tech industry. Could not be more disappointed with having to lug this back to the store. AVOID.
