This is the only pole I trust with the safety of my gopro. A major plus is you can take it anywhere. This Pole 22 is still awesome. I often use it to film myself in every sport. It's long enough that you can have your hole body on the shot. When I use this with my Actionpro X7 (has the same mounting system like GoPro) it's always fun
