Wonderful bike, just to prettyPosted .I would recommend this to a friend
I have had the Velociti since august. This my second bike. My first was a low end izip. After multiple test rides and months of justifying the expense I bought the A2B velocity. I am over 6' tall and wanted a bigger frame. What drew me to the velocity was the solid construction and big motor. While Chicago does not have many hills I wanted the power to go up ramp and goe full bore with minimal effort. I typically repeal half the time and have had had no trouble getting 30 plus mile of battery power per trip. I'm sure I can get a lot more but I have never pushed it. over all I think this is a terrific bike. The only downside is that it is a beautiful bike and the target of bike thieves. if you are in an urban area I strangle suggest that you invest in a good u-lock and chain. The other down side of this bike is the weight. with the battery your looking at roughly 60 pounds which is a lot of weight if you need to haul it up the stairs I would also be concerned in putting this bike on a car rack, due to it's weight and design. If your looking to transport your bike I would suggest another (lighter) . Since I purchase my bike A2B came out with a Hybrid model. I love the electronics on. It. But it is pedal assist only. I wish the velocity had the electronic that are on the Hybrid but would not want to give up the twist and go capacity. The Velociti is a high quality durable e-bike, you can find cheaper bike but you will deal with cheaper components that won't last as long. at the end of the day you feet what you pay for.
