I am getting used to this backpack. It has everything in zippers. I can put the power block to the laptop in either side compartment and still fit other things, like a pencil bag, and easily fit a 12 oz drink bottle. I tried a 32oz drink bottle and it fits barely. The backpack zippers are a little sticky, as in I need to usually hold or pinch the bag part so I can zip the zippers. that is why I didn't give 5 stars. The bag makes up for this because it is really light. The shoulder straps do seem to work well, but when in airports, bending down or turning to pick up other bags, I tend to prefer chest strap connector. the laptop sleeve is really nice and it does stretch just a little because I like to use my sleeve around my laptop, and then it still fits, kind of tight, in the backpack sleeve. I also really like how the backpack sleeve is hemmed a few inches above the bottom, so when on the floor, I don't think the laptop can touch concrete or anything when being set down. I wish it did have more of a rugged bottom to it. The top zipper compartment is cool for quick access to stuff like keys, pencils.

Roomy and sturdy. Bought this for my son a few years ago and it has still held up through the years. No rips or tears. It holds his laptop in there a long with many binders and books.

Fits a lot, pretty sturdy for rugged everyday use by a teen. Pockets and compartments useful.
