I'm new to brewing beer, but I'm on my third batch already. The Vessi Fermentor and Dispenser is an amazing piece of equipment that allows you to control your fermentation better and it also lets you dispense right from the tap when it's ready! I love that I don't have to bottle if I don't want to. I can carbonate my beer right in the Vessi and drink my beer much quicker than others who have to bottle condition their beer. The Vessi is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks amazing in my house! It's great to have people over and they can just pull a beer from the tap whenever they want. I do have the bottling attachment too. It's very easy to use - even for a rookie like me. I've heard that some people are using it between beer batches to make and dispense cold brewed coffee - that's next on my list once I bottle (or drink) the batch that is currently in the Vessi. Cheers!

I've been brewing for about four years, and bottling was getting to be a real hassle. I first saw the Vessi during their fundraising effort, but was too fearful to invest in an unknown product at that time (alas, the price was lower then). But now that Vessi is fully backed by Whirlpool, I decided to take the plunge, and I am glad I did. I've owned the Vessi for nearly five months, and I am on my third batch of home brew. I like that I don't have to bottle any more. I also like that I can go straight from fermentation to drinking, without any racking (transferring the beer). The only problem I've run into was a pressure leak. The Vessi support team is top-notch. They respond to emails very quickly, and they helped me track down my pressure leak. (I'm not entirely sure where it was coming from, but after checking every connection and possible leak source, I no longer have any leaks. I can now maintain steady pressures in the 10-15psi range for days at a time). This is a quality product. It is heavy, with heavy-duty hardware. I do not worry about major components failing. If I had one complaint, it would be that the cooling system is a little loud. It's louder than a refrigerator, and since the unit sits in my kitchen, the noise is occasionally annoying.
