Easy hook-up, software easy to navigatePosted .
I wanted to digitize my vinyl collection for years. Many albums are obscure and simply unavailable in digital format. I looked into buying a turntable but that was another piece of hardware and $200+ for a good one. I came across this analog to digital converter where I could use my existing Kenwood turnable & said it came with all the hardware & editing software, so.......... I bit. It took longer to unhook the turntable from my old receiver than to hook this one up. You do need to run the turntable into a receiver or amp. I used an OLD receiver, loaded the software and within minutes it was playing. The advanced mode in the software allows you to separate tracks, if needed. It did a pretty good job splitting them on its own, except on albums that were recorded live. So far, so good.I would recommend this to a friend
