Features
Before we begin
When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Connections
We’ll unbox and connect up to 2 networked video source devices or 1 new or existing video source device to an existing TV and/or an already-installed A/V receiver.
Streaming services
We’ll connect up to 3 subscription services. If you’re interested in content mirroring from a compatible device, we’ll download and configure the needed mobile apps. Then we’ll clean up our workspace.
Updates
If the firmware or software on your new device needs updating, we’ll also handle that for you.
Final steps
We’ll demonstrate how to use your new video device and let you know how to contact us for future support.
This service does not include TV connection or mounting, concealing wires, antenna setup, or soundbar or receiver setup. Network setup or configuration are also not included.
Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

They cleaned up. Discussed what they would do and asked for input. Explained how to use it afetr they were finished. Great sound from excellent speaker arrangement and chose color and placment to belnd with my decor and it looks and sounds fabulous

The Epson ALR screen paired with my LS800 projector is just an incredible setup and I highly recommend you get the Epson screen to go with the LS800.

Q: QuestionWhat is the charge to come out and REINSTALL my TV and devices? husband died and I can't figure it out. Cables and wires everywhere. Spectrum cable was out and they were no help at all, said it was never install correctly.

Q: QuestionI have an Amazon FireTV cube that does not operate the system properly. I tried calling the 800 number but the virtual assitant did not understand what I was asking for and failed to connect me to a real human being when I asked for it. What do I do?
