I bought this monitor to go with my Xbox one x and it looks great after some calibration and fine tuning, the upscaled fake Xbox one x “4K” at 60hz looks amazing but also I noticed that this monitor actually supports 1080p at 120hz, that would technically make this the cheapest 4K 120hz monitor on the market but unfortunately it cannot support this due to hardware limitations. I’m sure if you had a pc you could over clock it past it’s Advertised 75hz vía DisplayPort. The only draw back with this monitor would be the lack of free sync but this isn’t a deal breaker for me since I’ve never seen screen tearing on Xbox before and most games are capped at 60fps anyways. I’ve tried a few of the gaming 1440p gaming monitors and they don’t “pop” the way this monitor does with colors and details on Xbox. I’m sure this would be a great monitor for photo editing too if I had a pc. The stand and menu buttons could be a little better but these aren’t really drawbacks for me. Overall I would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone and I think it deserves more love especially at this price point.

The color accuracy and screen brightness are acceptable to my untrained eyes. However, there are some minor problems: without the right driver, the monitor will not enter sleep (screen is dark but the power draw is still high) and the driver downloaded from their web site didn't work -- I had to search the net to find an acceptable driver. The indicator light (power on: blue, in hibernation/sleep: orange) faces downward on the back -- not sure why it is even there if I can't see it? The headphone jack won't work with HDMI connection. It would work if I had it connected to through an AVR (unfortunately, with the AVR connection, the monitor does not sleep??) Finally the monitor occasionally goes dark for a second right after waking up from sleep/hibernation. I am not sure if it is a monitor problem or it is a video driver incompatibility. My previous monitor does not have any issue mentioned above, unfortunately it is only a FHD monitor and doesn't have as sharp a picture. I am still debating if I should return it. I can live with any minor problems but I would if the occasional problem of screen going blank becomes more frequent.

I got this because I needed integrated speakers. The picture quality does not dissapoint, but does require some tweaking to get it right. The menu is by far the worst I've ever had to use. I know, it's my own fault for wanting integrated speakers, but changing the volume requires pressing 4 menu buttons before I can select up or down on the control. Very attractive bezel and stand too. Really satisfied with this purchase. Would have given it 5 stars if the menus were easier to navigate.
