I upgraded from a decent 1080p IPSmonitor I had since 2011 to a Samsung 27" at 1440p and 144hz. I was disappointed and gave it away. Later on, I purchased this lovely thing. I knew I didn't want to spend $1000 or more, and I wanted the most image quality I could find with a decent refresh rate. This seemed to tick all the boxes. I bought it sight unseen and was blown away once I plugged it in. HDR doesn't do much on this thing, and you can't turn it on if you're using gsync or freesync. But my lord, is this thing beautiful. The motion is just as smooth as the Samsung i had before, but the image quality is near photo realistic. It's not LG OLED level, but it is close! I highly recommend this monitor to others!

not using any of the advanced features, just sending a 4k signal over hdmi from my pc, but had not problems with the monitor. Wish it had more USB ports, but I knew that when I purchased it. It also seems to take a bit longer than I would like to find the incoming signal when I plug in a new computer, but that could be my computer.
