Pros: Good color out of the box, nice narrow bezels for multi monitor setup, light and easy to move, timeout forOSD for monitor setup timed well for easy options adjustment, decently priced. Cons: The only documentatiom in the box is on a CD and my PC does not have a CD drive.

Absolutely Amazing for work and study specially for laptops, before this one I tried a $900 4k monitor same size but it killed my laptop, because it required a lot of graphical power to drive the 4k, where here this monitor auto detected my two monitors settings and seamlessly picked up all the right settings, the only one setting that I had to select is the one for protecting eyes, the built-in sound, is amazing, the settings menu on the screen are very easy to navigate through using the menu front buttons. I read a lot of comments before picking this up, once it's on desk you'll forget about any shaking you had during lifting and putting it down. the only disadvantage with it is that it doesn't have a high adjustment, so I use a small box to lift it up a little bit other than that, no complains at all.

I will start by saying that I have always been impressed with the image quality of ViewSonc's monitors and this VX2776-smhd is no exception. Picture quality "out of the box" is better than the others I am using currently, which, I have had to tweak. I also like the slim bezels on this screen, greatly improving the multi monitor experience. Most of the criticisms I noticed while researching this product was the monitor stand being weak(causing the screen to shake), difficult to assemble, and the assembly being loose once it was put together. I have not experienced any of that. Whether they have made improvements or they were quality issues with those specific monitors, my assembly went smoothly with everything being tight, sturdy, and solid. The one knock I will give it is the lack of "hard copy" documentation being as I do not have a CD drive. Monitor settings, however, are pretty simple and straight forward and for knowledgeable users, explanation and instructions may not be a necessity.
