Started getting error 702, command sent to vehicle but vehicle did not respond. Contacted Viper in reference to this issue. Was told that it’s an installation issue and that I need to go back to the place it was installed. When it works it works, but get the error message more often than I should. When I go to Best Buy to talks to the installer, there is no one there, and appliances are stacked in front of the installation area. I was told I can come back at any time if I had any issues, but there never any one there to help. Maybe one day Best Buy will have an installation technician at work that can help with this issue.

Excellent product that does exactly what it is meant to do. I previously had the 3G version but had to replace it with this when 3G cell towers were phased out. Best Buy technicians at Commack did a thorough job and installed it within 20 mins.
