Amazing Phone!Posted .
So I bought this phone for my fiance... and i keep trying to convince him to trade me phones now....... everyhing runs smoothly. you can see Web pages better. He has no complaints. I'm on his phone all the time and I haven't found anything I dislike either. I am very petite so it's a little large for me. but i got used to it really quick.I would recommend this to a friend

Screen shattered, Cost more repair than a new onePosted .
I dropped my phone, and the cost of the repair of the shattered screen is more than buying WHOLE NEW PHONE.!! I went to change or buy a new one, The store does not carry in anymore!!No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Incredible phone!Posted .
I've had this phone for about a month now and it rocks! Fast, smooth and able to switch between many apps with no problems at all. Loving the extra features that the stylus provides for taking quick memos and clipping photos. This phone is incredibly fast compared to all the other "budget" phones I've had on Virgin and I think this is largely due to the extra ram (2gb). Also plenty of storage on this compared with the other Virgin phones I've had. Also has sd card to store all your photos, videos and music which is a huge plus. Battery life is almost beyond belief. I get home from work and still have over 60% battery left, unreal. My HTC desire would barely make it through the work day and many times didn't (especially if I was making calls during the day). Signal reception also seems improved as does the distance I can be from my bluetooth speaker is dramatically better than any other phone or tablet I've tried. Photos are good but the built in camera has very limited features, also the only photo editor is from Google photos which is fine but again a bit limited. The cropping features you can do with the stylus are pretty incredible though. Split screen feature has also been incredibly useful. To summarize this phone has handled everything I've thrown at it and then does even more, all with incredible battery life at a very, very reasonable price. The display is not amazing but certainly good enough! Quite honestly I can't believe what a great deal this is when paired with Virgin Mobile's incredibly low rates!I would recommend this to a friend

Great Screen and takes great picsPosted .
Decided to upgrade to a newer phone but didnt want to spend ridiculous amount of money and locked down to a contract. This is a great phone for the price really does everything and more. Memory is a expandable. Takes great pics, the screen size is what I really liked and reacts quickly no delay. Only thing is screen will crack easily if you don't have a case on it which was a stupid mistake on my part because I was dragging my feet ordering one online. For the cost in repairs or had I gotten the service contract and and paying a deductible, it was still cheaper for me to buy another one and this time got the case right away. Highly recommend, great phone for the price.I would recommend this to a friend

Very happy with this phone.Posted .
My wife and I recently purchased these phones at a local Best Buy store. She is replacing a nearly 3 year old LG phone that would no longer turn ON/OFF while I have replaced a 15 month old Nokia Windows phone. My Windows phone had served me well until recently when it began rebooting at random times and displaying social media posts repeatedly. It became quite maddening and I decided that I had better do something about it. We're not power users of our cell phone by any means and neither of us know how to use each and every function on this phone yet but we both love it. First of all the size is excellent for people like us who are in our mid 50's and don't see things as we did in our 20's, and it feels good in the hand. It's a very lightweight phone, though we have both puchased hard protective cases that make them feel surprisingly more substantial. The display is big and bold and very easy to see and I really like the larger keyboard keys. If you have larger hands or fat fingers you will too. The included stylus works like a dream and is super handy although I don't like to use it to type/text. It just seems quicker to do that using the thumbs. The LG G Stylo 2 features a 13 MP rear facing camera that I have found to be pretty darn good. It's certainly far superior to any phone camera that I have ever had, although it works best with ample lighting. The front facing 5 MP camera should suffice for all those who love taking "selfies". The 2GB RAM is quite an upgrade over the G Stylo, which is a less expensive phone. I think that it's well worth the price difference to buy the G Stylo 2. And I like the new Android Marshmallow OS as well. Perhaps my favorite feature of this mid-line phone is the battery. It charges from completely dead to full charge very quickly and the battery life is exceptional. I can use my phone for 6-7 hours and take it in at the end of the day with about 40% battery life remaining, but then again I'm not using a whole lot in the way of different apps so your mileage may vary. I've never wished to spend several hundred dollars on a phone. I've always thought a cheap phone could plop itself in the toilet as effectively as a more expensive one when it fell out of my shirt pocket and I still feel that way. On the other hand it can be said that you get what you pay for and in the case of my old phone, 15 months use is really not all that terrific. I'm sure that there are better phones available if you're willing to spend a little bit more but my wife and I determined our budget and our needs and settled on this LG. I think it's a reasonable buy and would recommend it. We are very much pleased.I would recommend this to a friend

Great phone for the costPosted .
I don't want to ramble on like some people do when they review a product, I will just hit some key points. I love the screen size, it makes watching YouTube videos a breeze and facebooking much easier than My old phone. The graphics are crisp....Color vibrant.... The battery life seems very good and charging is quick. The camera takes very good pics and the Video works great also. Phone reception and texting work fine. About the only negative I have found so far is the power button is on the backside of the phone instead of the lower front like My old LG phone. I would definitely recommend this.I would recommend this to a friend

Love It! Great Budget Phone!!!Posted .
I think this is a great phone. I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S3 ( I know, it was time, lol). I have been a virgin mobile customer for four years now. I loved my galaxy s3, but the performance started to decline. I purchased the LG stylo 2 May 23. Since that time, I have had no problems with the device. The battery life is excellent, the performance is good, and I love the stylus. The size is also perfect as I enjoy watching videos on my lunch break at work. There aren't really any drawbacks per se...however, I purchased the phone with a friend who purchased the Galaxy J7. When comparing it with that phone, I noticed a slight difference in performance as it relates to processing speeds, but it's only noticeable if you are comparing it to another device. I also wished that the camera had a few more features...Still, I think that I made a good purchase. I'm tired of spending hundreds of dollars for a device that only lasts two years. This phone is $50.00-$70.00 cheaper than the J7 and I feel like you get pretty good bang for your buck. I'm happy!!! :-)I would recommend this to a friend
