The receipent was delighted when they received the gift. I have not seen the frame in operation but I have a similar one and love it.

However, it does not have internal memory so it needs an SD card for picture storage and the controls are on the back of the frame which make it difficult to adjust settings when the frame is hanging! Otherwise pretty nice!

It does what's supposed to - display pictures. The quality of the product is about average. I doesn't have built-in storage, but I can use an SD card or USB thumb drive. Overall, I am happy with it (sits on my desk at work), but if I decide to get a digital photo frame for home, I will choose one with better options and quality.

A GOOD DIGITAL CLOCK THAN A DIGITAL PICTURE FRAME

I owned a Viewsonic 8" digital picture frame before so that I can compare. The ViewSonic is far more better than this one. Besides a better resolution, the Viewsonic can automatically dim the display depending on the source of room light. Use this Vista Quest on my office desk rather than on the night stand in the bedroom.
