I've had my p50 for over an month now. I couldn't be happier sold my curved samsung to buy this set and haven't looked back. I will never own an edge lit display again and companies that sell them for way more than this set without hdr or dv should be ashamed. the casting from tablet has grown on me. watched pacific rim on vudu in 4k dolby vision and was blown away by the black levels and detail. if you having trouble deciding don't think twice.

Picture quality on this display is amazing! Just upgraded from the m-series 4K and this totally blows that away. 4K and ultra hd content looks incredible. Really enjoy the vizio Cast android tablet as well. Easy set up and easy configuration. Roku 4K looks really nice on here too as well YouTube, Netflix, and amazon video. The tablet is fun to play with as you tweak tv settings. You can adjust everything from the tablet and create your custom picture settings. Once I found the settings I liked I couldn't get off the couch. I was blown away by the picture quality. Have not had any issues so far, no light bleed in the corners, ect. Colors and blackness are amazing. No bright white or cloudy spots on screen everything that's supposed to be black is pitch black! This is a great quality display! Only regret, not being able to buy the biggest screen

First off this is a great step into the 4k HDR arena for a moderate price, there are better choices for a few hundred more but I wanted to stay below the 1000 dollar ceiling with tax. The p50-c1 is a 60hz display I didn't let that scare me off I personal don't see the difference between 60hz and 120hz I know there is one but It doesn't affect me. Once out of the box and set up on the stand I plugged it in to the Xbox one s with the hdmi cable provided,I fired up the tablet/remote and started the setup process that went okay the tablet does take some time updating it is android lollipop, where it started to get off the tracks was when I checked what firmware the display was running and it was no where close to 3.0.13.5 the latest you need for HDR10 to function, so I repeated all the steps again the display updated again went back to check and still not the newest closer 2. something but not 3 UGH...So I ran all the steps again this time the display did not find another update??? so off to the vizio site you can manually grab the firmware and slam it on a thumb drive wich I did and once plugged into the USB on the display it loaded up and updated to 3.0.13.5. Next fire up the Xbox it see's the tv is 4k capable turned on subsampling and I'm off to the races.
