The Vizio brand is fantastic as a whole. This TV has a fantastic picture, it is very easy to use and is compatible with everything I’ve plugged into it.

Let me just say... that for the $1599 I paid there is nothing on the market that can compare. You get what is pretty much standard now... Ultra 4k. But this tv goes a step further by future proofing you with HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Then Vizio throws in local dimming, something found on higher end tv’s. The picture is fantastic. You can use some cailibrations found on the internet or tune her to your desire. The Vizio app you download on your phone makes it a snap to do so. I have spectrum cable and use the app on my ROKU ultra. Let me tell you it looks fantastic. The roku and tv combine to put out one heck of a clear picture. Yes the tv does have on board apps like Netflix Hulu etc but i prefer all of those apps on my roku ultra. I’ll explain why below. Now i left a star off because of some personal things I found to be annoying. I’ll list them 1. USB plug stays powered on even when the tv is shut off. So if you plan on adding some usb powered bias lighting make sure you have a remote. 2. I use a roku because the on board o/s is laggy and slow to respond. Yes you can cast from your phone but meh. If you have the patience for it then you will be treated to Dolby vision ( if you have the upgraded Netflix account ). Roku ultra will give you hdr10 which is just as sexy. 3. The tv only has one hdmi input that allows for hdr10/dolbyvision. The other three will Only give you basic 4k. 4. thickness of the unit. This takes away from the overall sexiness of the tv. Do not get distracted by the name, Vizio is better than you think. I came back to Vizio for my choice because of the value and workmanship. I still have a 37 inch lcd that is about ten years old made by Vizio in my sons room. Going strong. I recommend !

I've been pursuing a large TV for the past few years and finally decided to pull the trigger on this one due to the great price for size and features. I'm very happy with the display and I'd say that a sound system of some kind is mandatory due to weak on board speakers. My largest issue is the terrible glare we get off the screen, the OLEDs do not suffer as much from the glare and might be better if you can afford it, in general just make sure to place it away from strong direct light. Great TV that didn't break the budget!
