Customers consistently note the excellent sound quality, particularly praising the bass and impressive volume of the SmartCast Crave 360 speaker. Its portability is also a frequently cited advantage, although some users mention challenges with connectivity and initial setup. While many appreciate the long battery life, a few find the speaker somewhat heavy.
I bought two of these speakers. Simply put, these vizio speakers are great. I put both of these speakers in one room, on each side of my bed and they are daunting. Treble and bass are on point and these do a great job with filling a room, even large spaces with 2 speakers. They really do sound great, are hefty sized and built really well. Then you add in the portability aspect; threw a bbq and moved a speaker to the backyard and it was great. Especially because there wasn't a noticeable change in sound levels when switching to battery power like you get with some Bluetooth speakers. As you may have read with other reviews, folks hate the app. The simple reason it's frustrating for most is because the goal they're trying to achieve is pairing the speakers in unison while having a strong connection with zero jitters or drops in sound. Those are the worst- like nails on a chalk board. In order to do so, you'll have to use the google home app, the vizio app and the music app....only once in the beginning. I went through the same frustration in the beginning but then it occurred to me: The issue is not really with the app, it's the incompatibility with certain music apps like Apple music to play music in a paired fashion and the amount of different apps I would be using in order to casually put on a song. Personally, I didn't have any connection issues (like I've had with my samsung radiant speakers) so the sound quality remained above par. After the initial setup, I was using Google music and the speakers came up with the left, right and the grouped option for me to select. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is because the speakers sometimes went into a state of hibernation and wouldn't wake up. I had to simply power cycle them and all was well. Ultimately, I got tired of them not waking up at a glance, so I ended up returning them with a notion that I'll return and buy them again down the line or when Vizio upgrades their firmware. Hope this helps.

Sounds great, would recommend it if you only plan on using google cast other apps are hit or miss trying to cast to it, but Bluetooth works just as well. Great bass, great highs and lows. Overall a solid speaker.Very clean looking and stylish to be able to carry it around. I bought it on sale and it is an amazing speaker for the price I paid but for the $250 asking price I would have passed...but I did buy both while they were on sale VIZIO SP70-D5 sounds better than the crave 360

Caught this bad boy on an amazing sale so I just couldn’t pass it up. It’s a great product but it has a few flaws. For whatever reason it keeps connecting to Bluetooth from my phone when I had no intention to. I try to use Google cast but it doesn’t always cast to the speaker.
