We’ll unbox and set up your voice control device. We’ll connect the device to your existing network, test your Wi-Fi speed, and provide firmware or software updates as needed.
We’ll ensure you can perform basic voice commands. Then we’ll help you integrate your music streaming, email, calendar and other accounts with the voice device.
We’ll help you learn to control other devices in your home and demonstrate how to discover apps or skills specific to your voice device. We’ll also let you know how to contact us for future support.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
