Customers enjoy the strong airflow of the 610 Energy Smart Air Circulator, saying it effectively circulates the air and lowers the room temperature.
I have the Vornado 660 and wanted another Vornado for my office room. Performance-wise, it cannot beat the 660 for the equivalent airflow-to-noise ratio. It is true that the power consumption is reduced, but having to increase the fan speed to get the equivalent performance as the 660 made it less of an energy saver. The fan comes with a potentiometer that allows infinite adjustment of the fan speed, which is a step-up from the 660's digital controls, is probably the only thing that is great about this. Also the real eye-sore is the DC power brick it comes with.

I was looking for a small/medium fan that can sit on the counter under the hanging cabinets. I considered the dyson but ruled it based on price. The fan is near silent in its lower speeds, but can get quite loud as ion it's higher speeds (ok if you want a short blast, not tolerable fur an extended period of time) One of my hesitations was the external power brick - I'm not sure why it couldn't be built into the fan. It's ok, but not ideal. Otherwise a really good fan

Tiny and compact, yet powerful and awesome. This fan will circulate the air and make your room temp drop.
