My 9 year old got this for Christmas. She likes it but felt it was a little childish for her. Probably better for younger children.

This camera was bought for an 8 yr. child who expressed an interest in video filming. It may not be hi-quality filming but it gets the job done for her. She has tried it on her bike and scooter and is happy with the filming results. It is pretty durable, she has dropped it a few times and it still works. I would recommend for any young child wanting a first time camera/video recorder!

The camera is rather small but it has a lot of great features. 7 year old stepdaughter loves it.
