Dear Best Buy Rep, We received the above item (Walker Edison computer desk). After assembling the desk we noticed a few areas that were concerning. The first pic is a crack running down one of the front desk legs and the second is a chip in the same leg. I also noticed the wood is very soft and the instructions could be a little more precise especially when dealing with the cam locks and cam shafts. We noticed that you cannot tighten the cam shaft all the way or the cam lock will not be able to grasp it properly and will also bulge/crack the wood surrounded it. We found this out the hard way :( We have it completely assembled and do not want to disassemble it and send back as that would take too much time and effort. We like the desk but don't feel with the flaws it has that is was quite worth the price paid. Thank you in advance for your help, Joey Calascibetta

This desk is very sturdy and looks great. There were a few hiccups with the assembly though. One, I would recommend you have a power screwdriver. Two, some of the cam screws did not work properly or bent. Despite that, the instructions were easy to follow and the desk works great.

Got this as a xmas present for my 7 year old daughter as she needs a desk for 1st grade. It's a great desk that she can grow into for several years to come, feels sturdy enough to hold up to kid-antics, but is on a bit of the heavy side due to the materials used.
