Walker Edison Fireplace TV Cabinet for Most TVs Up to 60"
I've had this bad boy for a couple months now and I really like it. It's modern, but not overkill. Its the perfect size for a smaller (@12×16ish) livingroom and a 44in flatscreen. The inside dimensions of the cabinets are a little narrow (15in), so wider electronics may need to stand up on end..not a huge deal for me, but if you're OCD, then plan ahead. Flame effects are nice...looks pretty real. I haven't seen many of these, so I really can't give a reliable rating on that. Gives good ambiance though. Heater is either on or off...not adjustable, but that's fine for the price. Surfaces you can see are solid wood...nice for the price. Not a lot of particle board. Assembly..haha, well it wasn't the greatest time I ever had, but I got it done on my own in about 4hrs INCLUDING the dog walk and coffee break...Not bad for a single lady! Fyi, a small power drill is helpful...just dont overtighten the screws. Oh, and don't forget the Advil the next day...it's kinda like doing yoga for hours on end. Hope this helps!
So far it is working great! The instructions aren't that easy to understand. It took us 3 and a half hours to build, but we are not Bob the Builders. The heat blower blows extremely hot, which is great for the winter months. Would definitely recommend!
The cabinet was easy to assemble, and looks very nice. My daughter and son-in-law fell in love with it when they saw it and are going to get one. The leg assembly was a little tricky at first, but pretty easy to figure out. The most difficult part was adding the heater, we didn't have a screwdriver long enough with a magnetic head to hold the screw in place, so it took a little patience. We love it, and it actually warms the entire area!
Thank you for reaching out! For the first several uses, there might be a slight odor, but this will calm down. Please reach out to 877-203-2917 if you are still concerned after a few uses, thank you!
A:AnswerHi! Thank you for reaching out here. I'm so sorry to hear of the broken insert, the fireplace insert has a 1 year warranty while the TV Stand has a 90 day warranty. Please contact us so we may get you a replacement insert at email@example.com or 877-203-2917. We look forward to hearing from you!
A:AnswerHi! This is a good question. The fireplace insert is quiet, the only sound emitted is from the blower/fan if the heat is on. The lighting feature and heat work separate, you can have the heat on and no flame or vice versa. The sound effect would be a great feature, thank you for the insight, we will share this with our design team!
A:AnswerHi Connie, thank you for your question! This piece does arrive ready to assemble, but we do recommend checking with your local Best Buy's Geek Squad to see what they offer. If you don't end up going that route and have any questions on assembly, feel free to reach out to us at 877-203-2917 and we'd love to help you out. Thank you!
