Reliable, not wildly fast or quiet, but does the trick. They're little workhorses. Long warranty is nice. :) WD provides advance RMA where they send you the new one before you ship back the bad one, so you have no down time.

Really easy to install, quiet operation. Drive size says 2TB but really its only 1.8TB available for usage. I used them in a Synology NAS system.

I bought two HD for use with a Synology NAS. I have been using them for about a year and they work great.
