I am not a gamer but I do video and sound editing. It is necessary to get that high speed and best performance equipment to do this. It is common knowledge that tis is one of the best NVME drives and of course Best Buy git it for me in a timely manner.

I need it to upgrade the hard drive in my laptop, it was only 250 gigs, this gives me a whole lot more speed and storage and is running equally as fast as the old one. Am very happy with this purchase.

This is the first SSD I have bought for installing games to on a Windows 11 desktop PC and thus far it works exactly as intended. I put this thing into a desktop from 2018 (it was using Windows 10 and currently uses Win 11) to use for games that seem to be a bit more demanding for one reason or another. More modern games such as Death Stranding and Horizon Zero Dawn load up fast and run as expected. I initially had Horizon Zero Dawn running from a hard drive and since moving it to an SSD, it loads up way faster and seems to run a bit smoother than I remember when it was on a HDD. I tried running CSGO from this thing and that strange game still runs as choppy as it did on HDD with minimal difference in loading times so your mileage may vary depending on the game and how well optimized it is. Installation of this SSD was very simple since you don't need to mess with SATA cables like you would with a SATA SSD. Just make sure your motherboard has a compatible slot and follow the manufacturer instructions to install this correctly.
