Tired with getting a lack of recognition in her male dominated career, sports agent Ali Davis (Taraji P. Henson) believes it's finally her turn for a much-needed promotion. But after meeting with a psychic and a messy night out she realises that she may have just found the greatest tool of all to get ahead - the ability to read men’s thoughts. Now with a new love interest (Aldis Hodge) and the potential signing of a new NBA star; is life finally going her way, or is Ali’s new ability really a gift or a curse? Directed by Adam Shankman.~Clare Perez-Izaguirre Lopez
Last year on June 17, this is so hilarious about woman, who is struggling for her work, because of all men until her friends finds a solution from drinking a hot tea with stuff, go have fun party before she knocks out of her, and hours later, she has psychic powers with she can hear all men’s thoughts. LOL!
Enjoyed the film. Buyers beware its a love story comedy in disguise. Good chemistry between two lead characters (Aldisand Taraji) Tracey morgan kind of ruined the funny moments for me usually he makes me laugh but felt he didn't deliver here. Worth the collection i enjoyed it even if it was a love story in disguise.
I can STILL hear some of the lines from "What Women Want" from the Mel Gibson movie in 2000...& here is a COOL twist 19 years later from a great cast, & honestly, a bit better story! Tracy is a crazy dude as always, BUT Taraji P. is a BUST out (!) character who binds the storyline in a lot of directions! LOVE the inclusion of a few well-known ex & present athletes!
