We waited over a year for our 4 appliance package so it was kind of anti-climatic when they were finally delivered. We are generally very pleased with the oven -- from the front view. The appearance is sleek and modern and functionally the oven is performing nicely. We love the smudge proof finish. I also love having 3 racks. It seems a lot bigger than our previous unit that filled the same space (it was a little bigger on the exterior actually). The one negative aspect (and for me it's significant) is the way it looks on the sides -- a view we never saw when ordering unfortunately. With very specific dimensions to retrofit all 4 appliances we were pretty much tied to this brand and size. We only saw it online before ordering, What we discovered is, unlike our previous wall oven (also Whirlpool), there are no "beauty covers" to hide the screws and side wall of the oven. Think of it like the headlight on your car not having any chrome beauty trim around it and being able to see the actual screws, etc. that would normally be under the trim. To make matters worse, our installers did not use the black screw the unit came from and the silver ones they used are very noticeable. The control unit component at the top of the oven is noticeably tilted and protruding out from the cabinet. Comparing this now to a similar unit in the store, this is apparently "normal." If you want a tight fitting/flatly aligned oven against the cabinet, this unit will be disappointing.

Received item later than I expected but within given time frame. Six days after installation I woke up to a dead screen (but when I opened over door the light came on and I know 100% I did not have an electrical interruption), called customer support and they had me go to my electrical box to reset breaker-wait 5 minutes, turn breaker on again and wait for system to reload. I thought it was a 1-time incident but issue has happened 2 more times since (all within 2 weeks). Oven works great, it's easy to operate and has many helpful features - when it doesn't go on the fritz. I will wait until after xmas to contact Pacific Sales and/or Best Buy and demand a new unit, something is obviously wrong with this one. I should not have to reset a breaker every 4 days to operate a unit I paid $1500 not including installation. Bought many items from Pacific Sales and Best Buy in the past but this has me rethinking my Xmas menu (no food that requires baking just in case oven dies on me, and to avoid hassle and stress over the holidays). NOT Happy- AT ALL

The oven cooks great. It does what it says it it will do IF you can figure out the control screen . The power went out shortly after we had it installed, which through the clock off. There was nothing in the brief manual that described how to do it. It was a frustrating maze to figure it out. We have an odd space for this wall oven, so our selection was limited.
