Whirlpool 27" Double Electric Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave
After delivery on August 2nd the oven would make loud vibrations when the fan would come on during heating and cooling and also the unit after 3 weeks would just reboot every 4 to 5 days. Plus the remote enable did not work to allow me to access the unit via Whirlpools app. The local contracted service provider came out (after a helpful call with Whirlpool) and replaced the control panel and had to remove the back covers and tighten all the bolts around the fan. Fortunately that fixed the noise and the random shutdown. The Remote enable still did not work. I called Whirlpool support and they said it would need a "patch" from engineering. They would let me know when it was done. first week I called back, not ready... Second week I called back not ready and you will need to wait until NOVEMBER for the patch to be available. The CS rep said that all units like mine are going to need to wait until the patch is ready in NOVEMBER. SO be careful buying this unit before November if you want the remote enabled capability. The reason I gave 2 stars was because the Microwave and stove do operate well.
