Absolutely an excellent washing machine. The soap dispenser is great, fill it & it dispenses for multiple washes, according to the weight! Great capacity, ever our king size comforters fit. This washing machine replaced our 2.6 year old LG washing machine.

First one broke within a couple of months. It was replaced bc it was within warranty. Second one broke one month after warranty expiration and they want to charge me minimum $240 to repair. Total junk. Best buy is the worst.

I only just received the washer in early August but so far I am enjoying it. So far it seems to require careful loading to keep it in balance. On larger loads it seems to balance more easily.
