So we bought a $50 old dryer since we didn't have one for our new place. Had it for a year and it stopped getting hot. It just so happened to be two weeks before Christmas so these insane deals were going on for a great price. I got this dryer for $430 out the door with delivery, connection and Best Buy recycled the old dryer! Not to mention it was a close out deal so everywhere else had the same dryer for $500 plus! I even got free shipping when I added the plug and vent to install it! I love it, it dries clothes so much faster, which uses less energy. I love the anti wrinkle setting, the buzzer on off setting... I absolutely Love my purchase!!!! Also, the techs who installed it were having issues placing it on the ledge in the garage (dryer was bigger than the room we had the old one on) so they left it to where everything could be returned without hassle if we couldn't get it to work (but we figured something out). Thank you Best Buy!!

Huge drum in this dryer. It's like crawling into a cave trying to get the articles at the back of the drum. It seems like it takes just half the time to dry something as the old dryer. The door is hard to close. You almost have to slam it to get it to shut. This may improve with time. It's easy to use and pretty intuitive. Starting the drying cycle was not so intuitive.
