Doesn't have all the fancy features like "steam clean" blah blah blah, which I don't really need. All I need is a washer does its job--clean clothes! This Whirlpool is doing its job, so far! Still has many cycle options to choose from. I love the COLD wash cycle option, and its energy/water saving efficiency. Bottom line is that Whirlpool has been a trusted brand for washer/dryer, and is keeping up its name so far.

This machine came with my new home purchase five years ago. I have had to change the rubber bellows six times in five years. I have lost numerous clothing items including $120 pair of biking shorts. This machine destroys clothing. Shreds clothing! Today's damaged item: My sons new sweater, first time washing!
