It was working great for 4 years, then it started displaying error codes. The door stays locked while the error code E01 F03 display. I'm surprised that it didn't last longer. I do have geeksquad warranty, but its been a nightmare waiting for this COVID 19 to slow down so I can schedule a repair appointment.

Purchased to replace our 14 year old Duets and it is so much more quiet. It is easy to program the wash cycles and the new doors and wash bin make more sense than our old ones. After the long service life of our old ones, we had no problem selecting the Whirlpool product again.

I had my new washer for about 6 weeks now and I am beyond happy. I was a little skeptical at first but it is truly amazing. I can fit bigger loads and the clothes comes out cleaner. The drying time is about half than it was before since it comes out way dryer than it ever did with my old dryer. I'm very happy with the purchase.
