Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Installing your camera
Using a mount you provide, we'll place your camera on the wall or ceiling location you desire, then verify that the camera position is satisfactory.
Connecting to your network
We'll connect your camera to your gateway or router. If your camera has the ability to stream to a mobile device, we'll help you download the app and get it set up.
We'll show you how to change the batteries on the camera (if applicable), and provide an educational demonstration of the new system and components.
*As of October 2014, this service cannot be performed in the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma, and Washington, D.C.
Does not include setup/configuration of new wireless network, computer repair/troubleshooting, configuration of recording software or integration in a DVR.
Does not include cable or wiring installation/concealment, recommendations on camera placement, home/mount modifications needed to enable client preference.
For any additional cameras, an add-on charge will be assessed per camera for installation. Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas.
