This is a great tool for anyone looking to improve even just one aspect of their well-being. These are some of the key attributes of the Pulse that I've found helpful as well as some limitations: - Sleek, light, wearable in multiple ways and easy to use. - The down side to being light and un-noticeable at times is that I seem to forgot that I'm wearing it or that I had it on me during the day...after its gone into the wash - Not waterproof; this can be a problem if you're using it while working out and did not use the "provided" clip (though the clip does help so "moisture" doesn't get into the charging port, its not a catch all) - Tracking is effortless...after initial setup - Interactive; my wife and I have been comparing our sleeping habits and have started challenging each other on the steps we're taking in a day - Connectivity; slight issues keeping track of sleep with 2 monitors. Some days it seemed that it was tracking the other's movements and not our own. Also at times it seems that "steps" can be lost...if I was at "2000" and I walked for 10 minutes, I was still sometimes at "2000" or "2003." - App is easy to use - Accessories are pretty nice, but on the pricer side after you've already purchased the Pulse. We've only used the wireless body monitor/scale which was amazing but returned it because we didn't really utilize all the features it had.

Step and sleep tracking work well and the heart rate monitor is nice, though you have to remove the tracker from the band to use it so it won't monitor in real time throughout your workout. I have had a few issues with maintaining sync between the device and my Samsung smartphone. Eventually I just synced it with my iPad Mini and it has been fine since then.
