Customers love the AMD Radeon RX Vega 56's performance and GPU, citing excellent performance in many games, even at high resolutions. However, some users experienced high temperatures and noticeable fan noise, while others noted high power consumption and occasional clock speed instability. Concerns were also raised regarding the memory modules used in some versions. Despite these drawbacks, many found the card's performance to be a worthwhile upgrade.

I bought this card as an upgrade from my ASUS Fury. As good as the Fury cards were, they were limited by their 4GB HBM Vram. I needed more Vram for 1440p and 4K and I wanted to stick with Radeon to utilize my Freesync monitor. The only option was going Vega so I chose this XFX Vega 56 8GB. I am very satisfied with this card and it is very powerful. My friend has a GTX 1070 and this card competes well and often beats it. I think Vega will mature better in the long run vs Nvidia current line up as well. The only thing I can knock this card for is the relatively high power usage compared to a competing equivalent but it isn't that much higher. The core clock tends to fluctuate quite a bit as well and I rarely see it lock in to the advertised speed. It hovers between 1440 - 1500 most often, instead of 1590Mhz. Not sure if this is something on my end or by design but the card hasn't let me down yet in practice and gaming. Bought this card for $339 on sale. This card preforms amazing for the price I paid compared to what else is on the market. I can game comfortably at 2k resolution low-med settings and push 120fps. 1080p on high/epic settings at 144fps all day every day. This card has a red LED ‘XFX’ logo on the side that can be seen from the side of your case if you have a see-through side panel, this was a very nice additional feature as I did not know it came that way before I bought it. Has zero enhancement to the card but cool touch if you’re into all the lights in your PC. Overall, would definitely recommend to a friend for a budget/moderate build. You can not beat this card for the price! Side note, if you aren’t trying to game in 4K, go with this card over the Vega 64. Less money and less TDP.

Honestly this GPU is so good. i could run Rainbow six siege and fortnite and every game at the highest settings and still get around 200 frames. This GPU is a literal beast. Some reviews say it heats up badly but it really doesn't. You just have to download the MSI Afterburner Software and boost your fan speed to around 75. The GPU will stay very cool. 10/10 must buy for sure.
