Plays titanfall well...
Posted .Only issue I have heard* of is that it will not work in crossfire ..? I was looking at a second to run in crossfire and was told it will not work. I also looked it up and seen others make same claim * but, we all know how the people online claim to be tech support and are still trying to install drivers with issue so .. I would like to know if there is any truth to this. If anyone has the xfx r7 series in crossfire please respond and bring me up to speed.. Not going to spend another 150.00 to simply return it.. Thanks and the card works well for all my games ...

Horrible Product and NO SUPPORT
Posted .FREEZES, HEATS UP, causes my PC to crash and RESTARTS my win8.1 pro machine; I reached out for support and I was told to just install the right drivers [which I already had]; i did it either way and having the same issues. We are a business and going to have to stop buying from BestBuy and this brand. Has cost us time/money and lots of frustration

Fantastic card - great performance - great price
||Posted .Once installed and updated with the latest drivers, this card markedly increased overall performance on both my regular windows programs as well as my games. I immediately noticed that some of the effects I was seeing using my older 6700 card disappeared. The details became more sharper - more realistic. Character movement became much smoother and natural. Smoke, light, and other characteristics of the games became more enhanced and realistic. I went from just under 45 fps at high settings to over 80 fps at ultra-high settings. The other programs that take advantage of the video cards gpu almost became noticeably faster and finished tasks much quicker. This is a great card, excellent memory and easily over-clocked for those who need to wring out the absolute best of their video cards. I would recommend this card to all but those over-the-top gamers who may need the additional memory and processor speed that the series 9 cards offer. This was well within my budget and better than I had hoped for.

Solid video card for Windows 7
Posted .I've been using a 5870 for nearly 4 years now. This new card simply demolishes that card at 1/3rd the power consumption. AMD has smoothed out the bottlenecks in their system to provide higher performance on games with lower GFLOP ratings. My old 5870 was unable to smoothly operate most games at 1080p or 1920x1200. Final Fantasy XIV being the primary game I play, I had to downscale it to 1600x900 to get reliable performance regardless of the graphical quality level. No matter what settings I put this card on, the temperature quickly reached 79 degrees C and wouldn't budge unless I installed a third party fan control program. This newer card can reach 1920x1080 at 30fps on the highest graphics settings on the game with any stuttering being temporary or barely noticeable. With the default fan settings, it sits at a solid 59 degrees C, which is much more comfortable. It's also quieter than my prior card. There's still some issues as of December 2013 with the drivers for this however on some versions of windows. It's completely solid on my Windows 7 machine (in contrast to the 5870 which crashed under load frequently,) but others have reported issues with Windows 8.1. Of course, I've been avoiding that particular upgrade for a myriad of reasons. It also functions perfectly in Linux with a bit of manual configuration effort. If you're still using the older version of windows or Linux give this card a try. With support for AMD TrueAudio, the only AMD card that is more future-proof than this is the R9-290 and 290x.

Awesome card
||Posted .I bought this to upgrade an aging Radeon 5700 series card that came stock with my PC, and it is just purely awesome! It runs almost anything at 1920x1080 on the highest settings, or at 2560x1600 at least medium to high without FPS lag or loss. I can't really give it enough praise, and if you're giving this card some thought I'd highly recommend it. There are a lot of cards to choose from, and texture memory doesn't really mean as much these days as the processing power and bus width of the cards themselves, as texture memory gets swapped out pretty frequently in games. It's not the most expensive card, but it also won't make your machine overheat like a 12 cylinder engine, either.

Decent Card for the Price, Runs a little Hot
||Posted .The card, performance wise, is probably a significantly better buy dollar for dollar vs the nVidia cards close to the price point. I didn't do enough research to know this for certain, but it def. is comparable, and meets or exceeds any expectations I had. That said, if your system runs hot, be careful and make sure you have clear air flow to this card as I've noticed it does run a little hot.

Fairly good mid-priced card
||Posted .Overall I'm happy with the card. It was a definite improvement over my stock card, but for the price, I was hoping for even a little more "oomph". But still happy with it. The free games are a nice bonus. I haven't actually decided on mine yet.
