Customers appreciate the SPEEDSTER MERC319 AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT's strong performance, high FPS, and effective cooling, frequently citing its excellent value for the price. However, some users note the card's large size as a potential drawback. While ray tracing capabilities are mentioned as a relative weakness compared to competing products, many users find the overall performance satisfactory.

Great card. The AMD software is iffy around this card though. There's "rage mode" which is supposed to support constant clock speeds but it doesn't change the fan cooling curve. This caused a few games to have issues after a few hours of play. The other issue is the clock speeds fluctuate farrrrr too much. So it causes fps dips and jitter. I had to manually set it only go between 1800mhz and 2180mhz on games (the specs says boost can hit 2340) but I didn't want to push it out of spec. The next thing I did was change the fan curve. I dropped the "zero cooling" auto and set it to slowly curve up to max 100% cooling at 70*c. Their orginal capped at 60% cooling even at 90*c thats nearly 200*f... Since I've made the changes above its never gone above 72*c and is a little louder but its whisper quiet. Game stability is through the roof! It not dipping to 90mhz (yes the auto software does that) just becauase I looked at a wall and then turned around to see the world has made a immeasurable difference in game play. Your ram and cpu work the same way. Going from 5 to 500mph takes more time than 450 to 500. Not sure if it's intentional so people think their hardware sucks or just negligence on the developer. Love the card, but I had to do a lot of leg work which is annoying. I've added what the system defaults are, and my changes. This doesn't reflect their other profiles, because the "min frequency" will dip wellll below 500mhz in game. I had no games running so the mhz was at desktop levels.
