Great Yale Keyless entry
||Posted .Owned for 4 months when reviewed.These are very great locks. The install was very simple and straight forward. A simple screwdriver is all you need, no need to be a handyman. The setup for code was very easy. Locks work great. They look amazing as well. I really like the option to upgrade the lock to a smart lock. This option is available after to be able to manage the lock via a Google or Amazon assistant. Yale is know for it's great craftsmanship in locks and these are very high quality. Highly recommend this lock for your home.

Be aware…Misleading Packaging.
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.The one star is due to misleading in product packaging. It shows everywhere on the box that this support WiFi and works with Alexa, google etc.. If you see the images it also says the 2 modules which are required for the WiFi support art inside the box. But guess what it does not. Only empty shells which says to upgrade to WiFi visit ….. So I called support and the lady there agreed with me but was unable to help and pretty much hung up on me. I was not being rude but more like jokingly. So it costs another $130 for the WiFi module. As far as the lock and installation that is a 5 star. Everything went super smooth and it is a high quality product. But if you need WiFi or Bluetooth support which is needed for remote locking and unlocking then you need to spend additional money. If there are Yale people reading this review then please get the packaging changed as it is misleading and pretty much can be proved illegal also. No where even in the fine print I could not see that the modules are not included and are optional. No Where. I still have the full packaging to prove it to anyone.

I had to purchase additional accessories since I didn’t get the one that came with everything. Great 24hr telephone support from the manufacturer

||Posted .It worked really well my first one lasted a year and a half and now I got a second one and only reason why the first one went out was because of the locking mechanism when I let the lock unlock all the way

- A:Answer Yes! It is specifically designed for exterior doors. As long as the interior side of the lock is inside the home, the outside (with the keypad) can withstand very cold, or very hot temperatures. It's been tested to withstand -40 degrees F to 120 degrees F.
