I've been using my Yale Touchscreen deadbolt with Z-wave for almost 2 months now and I've been extremely pleased with it. I replaced a standard deadbolt and installation was a breeze. One thing to watch for is if your current deadbolt sticks then you might have problems with the powered lock being able to close all the way. I had to grind out the faceplate on the doorframe for a smooth action on the bolt. Programming is simple and I have integrated it with a Samsung Smarthings hub. It all works seamlessly. My only disappointment with the lock is that you can't control the codes remotely and you can't customize the auto-lock time interval. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I own a real estate office and this lock is perfect to allow my colleagues and Realtors into my office while keeping track of who comes in and out, for accountability reasons. Each Realtor can receive their own code, making this lock very unique. Also, I can lock and unlock remotely so if I'm travelling and someone needs access into my office, I can control it remotely! This is also a great lock for all of my property managed homes...I have advised all of my clients to switch to this lock so that every time a tenant moves away, a new code can be programmed, which ultimately will save money in having to change locks all the time. Not only that..this lock is very cool and can be synced up with home alarm systems and compatible with smart home systems. Love this lock!

Installation of the lock was pretty straightforward - no real difficulties. However, when it came to programming, the directions were difficult to follow & confusing: I eventually had to call tech support because it would not save codes. Overall though, well worth the money and the support folks were competent and knowledgeable about their product.
