I don't typically care for this style of music (folk) since I'm a metal head, but Myles definitely delivers on this solo release! Don't worry, the whole album isn't folk. The stand out track for me is Love Can Only Heal. The bonus tracks were great to hear some stripped down versions of the songs.

Myles Kennedy has recorded a great album about his life as painful as his life has been. It took him 10 years to finally be able to do this album. Amazing songs from the heart!

Great solo album from Myles Kennedy. He is awesome as part of Alter Bridge and with Slash, but he gets to shine here!!

Long fan of Alterbridge, and Tremonti... so to hear that Myles Kennedy was coming out with a solo album was off the chain for me. One of the few albums I have ever pre-ordered. It wasn't to disappoint. Although a little more folk than the hard rocking I had expected, Myles still hits every note within his range somewhere in the track list. Overall if you're a fan of his vocal talents you wont be disappointed... but if you are expecting an Alterbridge offshoot... this isn't it.

I miss the Best Buy Exclusive cds, which would come in special packaging, with extra tracks and/or a dvd. Now that I got that out of the way.... This is a great Miles Kennedy solo album. I enjoyed the music on this as much as I do with the works he does with Alter Bridge & Slash. To me, he has the best voice in current hard rock.
