I have been a HUGE Big Band fan since the beginning. Katey Cuoco always got my juices flowing, and the other guys were great, too, but the show became a fantastic ensemble-show over time. Young Sheldon is a worthy prequel, with a great cast. I want to say that Ian Armitage is terrific as young Sheldon, because you can really believe him in the role, but the rest of the cast also do an incredible job of bringing Sheldon's early years to life.

My wife and I love Big Bang Theory so this being a spin off was a no brainer. It's a sitcom with sheldon's family that has a Wonder Years vibe to it. Even if you don't like big bang theory you might like this. And for those that watch big bang there are things that tie in from that storyline as well. Overall a highly enjoyable show

Is it just me or has BBT really been obnoxious the last I don't even know how many years now but I still watch out of obligation on DVR. Anyway this show is far superior to even the best BBT ever had to offer.
