I am a long time zagg brand fan and i am very happy with all screen protectors I’ve gotten from them and their lifetime warranty. 1. About its quality: Even tough it’s an expensive glass , the quality makes up for it. I purchased this product about a year and a half ago. It sustained a bunch of falls before cracking. Now it has cracked but I can tell only the glass is cracked and not the screen. I hadn’t replaced it because The cracks were really hard to see, unless seen from the bottom in certain lights until now that they got dirty. I will be replacing it this for an equivalent product because this one seems to be out of stock or out of production. The equivalent according to the zagg site is the “glass elite privacy “for iPhone 11. Another thing I love about this brand is that the glass feels smooth and it’s almost as if it didn’t have a screen protector. Other protectors I’ve used feel thick and plastic-like, this one doesn’t. 2.privacy feature: I had tried other brand privacy screens and they were hard to see even from the front. This one is clear from the front and as you move to the side you can se it gets darker and hard to read. Perfect for keeping prying eyes from your phone. I had a bunch of people ask me if I was looking at my phone turned off or ask me why my screen was so dark. The only problem with this is trying to show others something, this is because you have to look almost straight at it or it looks dark. Also when laying down or if your phone is on a table and you don’t feel like picking up your phone. 3. Zagg warranty: One thing I love about zagg is that they replace your product if it gets damaged or cracked because of regular use. They do charge for shipping to replace it, but I think it’s worth it because of the quality. They send you a prepaid box and you send your damaged product back and that’s it. I’ve heard that you can do an in store replacement at Best Buy but I haven’t done it and don’t know how it works. Overall very satisfied with this product !
