Q: I just received the picture for Christmas. Used once the water tasted great . Second the water was awful! Our filter did not even last a week? Why? The test was even bad! This is not normal. Did I get a defect?

A: If you are using it properly, then yes, something has to be wrong. I would contact the company as soon as possible.

Q: do these filters fit in the five-gallon water dispenser?

A: I have never see a 5-Gallon ZeroWater Dispenser, but they only make one residential size filter, it should fit all ZeroWater dispensers.
