Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had this dishwasher a year and a half and it has NOT worked more than it has worked. We have had to call service, paying $50 deductible each time, unless the call is close enough to the last service call where they then determine it’s the same issue. In otherwords, 8 calls with 3 showing that’s it’s been called on. Makes no sense to me and what also makes no sense is the parts they keep ordering have cost double or more what a new dishwasher would cost. Don’t forget during the months of a non working dishwasher we are doing dishes by hand. Hopefully it’s a one time thing with just our dishwasher and no one else is having these issue. Two good thing is that when it works it is quiet and they can get parts for it which is more than you can say for insignia.

In addition, due to Geek Squad participation, delivery and installation came along with the purchase. Although the product was not available for 7 weeks
