Joby - Gorillapod Focus Tripod

This product is great for what it does. If you need a compact tripod that gives you many options on where to take a photo from, this is the product for you. At first I was worried about how stiff the legs were to move, but after a while I realized that this is a good thing. It helps it stay where you put it without much flex. The things looks and feels rugged, you might be able to run it over with a tank and still be able to use it :) I'm not using a tripod head so I have a little difficulty getting it pointed where I want it and wrapped how I want it. But that is more my issue, not the product. But worth noting that it works much easier with a tripod head.

This is a nice piece of gear to have. you can use this nearly everywhere that you can't use a tripod. some reviews says it is hard to adjust the legs but i dont think so. they are fairly easy to adjust. cons: you cant adjust the camera without the ballhead x. It is not as tall as a tripod when there is nothing to hold onto. Placing the tripod can sometimes be a issue. as a secure adjustment can take time sometime.
