Sturdy and durable!
Used this speaker wire with Kenwood speakers that I also purchased at BestBuy. Nice quailty, solid and durable, plus plenty of length. Worked out great!

Less $ per foot than Insignia, still fine quality
I was going to purchase 50' of 18-gauge speaker wire by Insignia at my local Best Buy, then saw this 40' bundle for less money. The Insignia wire is kept in the home audio section, this wire is sold in the car stereo/speaker section and it is a penny or two less per foot. The Insignia brand does come wrapped around a metal spool and this wire is in a tight loop (pull from the center as you would from a ball of string -- not from the outside) so that might explain the price difference. However, that metal spool would have been something I had to recycle or dispose of once my project was finished so I'm glad I didn't pay more for something I didn't need. The wire is perfectly fine and may be made by the same manufacturer as the Insignia wire. Thanks for the options, Best Buy.
