Great chair unless you need support from NLR
One star… but with a caveat. The chair setup is amazing and perfect for flight sim BUT the service with Next level is beyond abysmal. It came missing pieces and the two flight plates were bent (and this isn’t a metal you can just “bend back” its sturdy and meant to fit snugly but slide. I have called everyday for 8 days and not one response. “Lines are busy leave a message” the. No one ever gets back to you. If it comes with all the parts and nothing is damaged… great chair… if you need the slightest assistance find a new company. ( also not BB fault)
