A: I have mine connected in the basement of my house and I use my MacBook Air in the patio outside the house or in front many feet away with no problems. I have a friend who lives in a building and he can use his laptop in his parking lot/ park 5 floors down with no problems. I've had from Motorolla to Links and they're no the same as Apple. A: I purchase this router specifically due to frequent buffering problems with Netflix and the inability to stream 3D thru them at all. Hooked up theb router and the movies now never buffer during streaming 100% imprrovement. You'll be amazed.
Q: Does it work with MS's Surface Pro to a Samsung Smart TV?
A: Yes it will work but have to disable Firewall. Funny part is even if you don't have any security software, still you will not able to connect because Microsoft Windows don't even allow it to bypass windows firewall and its an Official Microsoft Surface Pro Accessory.
