A: Air cooled
Q: Is 16GB the highest RAM available for this product?
A: No. I would wait to consider more unless you're sure you have a special purpose for it. The board says 64GB but who knows how that would help.
A: The computer fans aren't loud at all and I don't hear them really at all, unless you plan on staying on your Lenovo desktop for more than about 3 hours you will hear at least something. And as far as I know about upgrading it, I'm currently only upgrading the ram. You can only fit 32gb of ram, and can only have 1 stick of GB of ram per slot. The computer can only hold about 250W of power supply so you cant really upgrade your graphics card.

A: Stand alone AC adapter, well, it is actually 2 adapters. One Dell like for video 20V output, another HP like for MoBo. Makes it a nice double-decker, looks odd.
